An occurrence that happens every year, usually peaking around late August into September. In this image I wanted to capture the phenomenon of Bioluminescent plankton lighting up the wave fronts at long Beach Derrynane. Wind, swell direction and wave height and a dipping milky way made this image possible. A once in a lifetime shot which I hope you will cherish like I do.
